Returns and Exchanges

30-Day Risk-free Return/Exchange Policy

We do our absolute best to make sure you are happy with your purchase! We allow the buyer 30 days from the time of actual delivery of the product to return that product for a full refund minus any shipping and handling charges which have been accrued during the transaction.

Please note we cannot accept merchandise that has been engraved, altered, modified, special ordered, damaged, or shows signs of wear. If you are concerned about a potential return or exchange, please contact Customer Service by calling 1-800-772-8650 or send an e-mail to before placing your order.

If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return or exchange. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.

Return Procedure
Our goal is to make the exchange process as easy as possible. To return an item, follow these simple steps:

1. Fill our our return authorization (RA) request form and wait for an email reply with RA number. Write the RMA number on the outside shipping label.

2. Place the item and all original packaging back in the box along with a copy of the packing slip.

3. We recommend you use an insured shipping method and retain your tracking number until the credit is issued. Lost returned shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer and we will not provide credit on packages that are lost in the mail.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $99 by USPS 2-3 Day Priority or UPS Ground and offer discounts for other method of shipping. Items are usually shipped on the same business day if received by 2pm EST. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday after 2pm EST usually ship out on Monday. Please note that while USPS 2-3 Day Priority is fast, the arrival time is not guaranteed. If you need a guaranteed arrival time, you may purchase upgraded shipping options at an additional charge.

All deliveries must be made to a street address. Federal Express will not ship to a P.O. Box. Please make sure that a resident of the ship-to address is at home to receive the package. An adult signature is required.

Custom orders, out-of-stock items or engraved pieces may take longer to ship than what appears under the "Shipment Details" section. If the item you ordered is delayed for any of these reasons, we will send you an e-mail with a new estimated ship date.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number via e-mail.
